People leaving, whether not or of their own volition was bound to be a heavy topic for Edelweiss— one that Sayvahn did not consider. Nope. He was too fixated on the fact he blurted out his inner musings to the Crimson angel, which, although not new, was somewhat more uncomfortable than usual.
“I can’t tell if the understanding me better bit is a good thing or bad thing,” Sayvahn confessed, more to himself then to Edelweiss. Though, when the question of “does that sound like something I would do,” was asked, Sayvahn wasn’t quite sure what the “thing” Edelweiss was referring to was. The goddess bit? No. They had easily stepped over that one (which, although strange, did make sense). After a pause, Sayvahn figured out what she meant. After all, it seemed like the whole domination bit was what was tripping the Crimson Angel up rather than the whole “god” thing.
“Ah. Domination. You were referring to domination,” Sayvahn laughed awkwardly, as if that statement alone solved all the questions. “Frankly, no. I think you’re capable though, but you don’t strike me as someone with that kind of flavoring in their tea, if you catch my drift.” Flourishing his hand, Sayvahn kept his smile limited, mainly musing allowed at this point as he continued, “But, well, to say you were dominating them may not have been the best choice of words. More like letting them pamper you. Like a queen. How do I phrase this…. Like you had a …” Pausing, Sayvahn furrowed his brow. Shoot. What was the translation of the word? In Ca’allah there was a term, but would it translate well? He would probably butcher the translation, too, which would not help anything. It had been a while since he spoke the tribe’s language. “Harem. Let’s go with harem.” Sayvahn clapped, proud that he had thought of an alternative, though, the clap shifted slightly to a hand hold as he leaned his chin against his clasped hands. Maybe harem was not the best term either. Multiple marriages, perhaps? It was hard to explain. He didn’t really delve that deep into his dream to be able to ask if everyone present was married to each other. “Either Harem, or Polygamy.”
