Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap
Heyyy I had a thought; with the art, photomanips, and descriptions, we all know what the characters here look like.....but how do they sound? I'm making this thread as a way to share your what you picture when you write your character's dialogue, so other's can imagine it as easily. You can describe the pitch, tone, pace, inflection, accent, any speach impediments they may have......and give links to anyone they may sound like or share an accent with. : ) Write as much, or as little, detail as you want!
To start off:
Jak has an average (but on the deeper side) voice for his age, with a generally up-beat tone and a Liverpool/Wirral sort of accent. (Like my Mum's side of the family. )

Caitlin sounds like a prim and proper snob, even when she's putting on her best rogue facade. She has an upper glass lilt to her accent that makes her sound disdainful or contrite even when she's speaking kindly or with compassion. It takes knowing her for a little while to see the difference from her language to her personality.
She sat her glass down next to the decanter and leaned back. This was nice... like falling into a vat of marshmallow fluff. Calm, muffled, the rest of the world blocked out by the closed door to his cabin, and here they were safe inside. Safe from reality, safe from their own complicated lives. Safe from duty. Safe from context. Just. Safe. --Caitlin

Willoughby has a soft, caring voice, yet every word is traced with a hint of timid power. He has horrible accent, because he was raised in the Peasant's Hovel, but he tries so hard to mask it. He talks slowly and sorta sounds confused (mostly because he probably wasn't paying attention).
Rava's voice is hard to explain she is a Spanish type so her voice sounds very curly English with a young powerful voice, so think like how la señoritas talk in moves and you get the idea

I've loved Amy Lee's voice since before I was a preteen. I still love her voice to this day and so that is the voice I see for Lorraine. Here is a link.
