Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap
Howl walked around for a bit before he found another note. Apparently meant for to him. I don't wanna go to the castle... Howl contemplated just going home or carrying out what he was told. Walking back towards city Howl got progressively more nervous. Howl walked back into his house. He grabbed some of his sewing things. He walked back out. What am I doing? What am I doing?
Howl arrived at the front gate of the castle. He walked up to the a Guard in watching the gate. Howl opened his mouth and his stomach writhed "Hello.... I-I was looking... I mean, I'm here for a t-tailoring job... I was told s-something about a... dress?" Howl waited for a response. This was about the best thing he could do to get to the castle. Its not like I could climb or sneak past the guards. Finding a secret entrance would probably be impossible cause its secret. He added "Oh, s-sorry I'm so nervous. I-Im new to t-this..."
(Im not sure if I can do this, so just let me know if this is ok. Its all I could think of.)

She overheard some people talking, and apparently a new train would be coming soon. Better to not go check the tracks imediately, lest it'd be a really painful and meaningless way to die; being hit by a train was not very survivable no matter the amount of Health she could cast to fix her own injuries. So instead, she leaned against one of the train station columns to wait for the new train. Maybe she'd hear or see something else handy meanwhile waiting, or if not, it'd not hurt to check the new one arriving after it's no longer in movement.

"You've got to be kiddin' me..." Zona mumbled as she over heard a group of people talk about the sky lift. Great... not only would she have to take her wings back out but now she had to go and deal with the sky lift... Heading back behind the barrels Zona sat there for a moment before sighing, she was thinking this was a bit too much for one piece of paper. Looking around some Zona waited until no one was around before jumping over the edge of the ship, taking her wings out as she fell to the earth below. Once they were out she slowed her falling and ended up halting herself in mid-air. Turning around some she looked over to the sky lift, examining it as she began to make her way to the base of it, after all she didn't know where this page was. Looking around some Zona kept and eye out, looking over everything the sky lift had to offer.

The two continued to flip though the books as they looked for anything that could have been a clue.
Emelo flipped though page after page in several books at once, finding maps and looking them over, before moving on to the next book. Not looking up for anything.
Leo did the same but at a slightly slower pace, looking though one book at a time rather than three. As he flipped though the pages he noticed something sticking out of the back of the book. Looking it over some Leo flipped to the back of the book to an old and rather torn map with notes and circles written all over it. "Hey I think I found it." Leo said as he pointed to one of the circled areas labeled 'Ander Portal'.
Emelo looked over to the paper and smiled, "Alright. Let's go take a look over there then. We can bring the book with us we will just need to remember to bring it back." Emelo said as he stacked up his books and placed some of them back.
"No... I thought we would just leave it on the ground once we got there..." Leo said sarcastically as he stood up and grabbed the book, "Duh, don't you think I knew that. We can't just go around and leave these books all over the place."
Emelo just rolled his eyes as he walked back over to his brother, "Come on let's just go." Emelo said as he walked past he brother and headed for the door.
The two made their way out of the HQ, following the map. The two kept an eye out as they got closer, looking for anything that might be paper. The two kept the book open as they walked along, looking down here and there to make sure they were on the right path, in no time the two made it to where they needed to be. Looking around some they began to search for the paper, or another clue, anything that would help.
Howl felt relief go through his body when the guard waved him through. It wasn't time to be done being nervous though, he still needed to find the paper. Nervously thanking the guard Howl moved on.
Luckily the guard didn't follow or even look back at him. Taking this opportunity Howl took his time walking around, searching every nook and cranny. He doubted that it would be out in the open but still, it was worth a try.

The new train arrived, and once it properly stopped Edelweiss figured it was about time to check it. The cargo, the train's underbelly, even the floors when walking on the train cars themselves. Maybe there's something to be found here. If not on the train itself, there were still the tracks, and the actual station to search through.

Eryn overheard 2 people talking about a loose floor board as she quietly moved , checking every floor board she could to find the old board , where the page could reside.

Painful eyes stared at him, hatred mixed with swollen words and dirty fingers as people pointed at him, telling him to sod off. But it only lasted for a few bouts, and then, he, too, blended in with the dwellings around him. Five houses met his assumption. All of which seemed like a pain to investigate, but each one brought promise, a promise of congratulatory from a certain fox. Which, depending on the day, could be rather delicious or rather ordinary. Regardless, the inclination to be on the guild leader’s good side was difficult to pass up. Thus, taking a deep breath, Sayvahn decided to try every house. Even if he didn’t find the page, or another clue, the red head couldn’t scold him for trying.
Summoned skeleton. No leg. Like Zona. Spoke. Anders. Anders. Anders? Corey shook more. Crying. Staggered away. Then ran. Mala saw. Mala chased. Corey ran, hobbled. Tried to get away. Mala hunt. Caught, pounced, grabbed. “You understand? You know where page?” “Mala, please— I, I don’t want to do this anymore. This isn’t fun. Please, please, I beg of you. I don’t want this. Y-you’re scaring me.” Corey hit. Corey swat. Mala grabbed arms. Hissed. “No run away. You started. Now, get up. Look. Search.” Mala, angry. Pages, hidden. Pages, close. Could feel. Could sense. Anders, anders buried? “Where, Skeleton spoke?” Boy got up. Trembled. Covered in dirt. Landed in mud. “I-I don’t know.” “But have idea.” “I-I said I don’t know!” “But have idea!” Mala growled. Corey flinched, lowering head. “I-I don’t want to do this.” “Lead.” Boy stared at Mala. Eyes, red. Back, hunched. Wobbled. Nodded, led Mala. Into hovel. Could sense anders. Could sense dead. Graveyard. Graveyard. Stumbled into. Corey, lingered outside. Mala pushed. “Mala, please, I don’t want to watch— Please, not again!” “Watch. Listen. Help.” Pushed. Corey fell, into stone. Tripped. Cried again. Shaking. Mala stood. Looked out. Sniffed. Listened. Many dead. Many kin, dead. Could call. But getting tired. Magic low. Only few more tries. Bent down. Breathed. Summoned, Anders.

Dominic squinted at Lasair for a few moments, trying to recall if he had seen the red headed man before. He couldn’t recall, but the feeling stuck with him.
“Of course I can prove it! Do more of you doubt the finding of the page?!” he shouted to the crowd. A few people nervously nodded their head. “Very well! I will reveal the page for all to witness!” He called one of his followers over and whispered in his ear. The man nodded and then ran off, leaving Dominic standing and facing the whispering crowd.
A few minutes later the man returned, a large covered picture frame in his hands. Another Son of Adam run forward to help him, and together they handed the picture up to Dominic before someone reached up and pulled the cover off it. There, in the center of frame, was the worn page. It was yellowed at the edges, a little crinkled, and the ink had faded a little from the page. From this distance, it was impossible to read, but it was there, framed behind a piece of glass for all to see.
Squinting, Lasair tried desperately to read it. But the distance, it was much too far. The words were fuzzy lines. If this was really page, however, then Lasair would be reading it soon enough anyhow. He just needed a distraction now. Slinking to the edge of the crowd, he hung around and kept his eyes on the page. To Dominic, he would appear defeated, so perhaps that would keep the other’s eyes off him. Now he simply needed to wait for the right moment. In the back of his mind, he wished he had help with him.
A child’s summoned. Wings. Little wings. Missing jaw. Tender. Small. But child. It called out. Held out hand. Paper, another paper. But page? Clue? No tell. But child. Child faded. Child crumbled. Mala rabbed paper. Words. Unable to read. Looked to Corey. Boy, gagging. Retching into bush, near grave. Clawing at ground. Trembled. Tried to get away. Mala approached. Boy, quivered, hid. “Mala, what did I do. What did I do to you. Just let me go, please.” Pressed paper against boy. “Read.” “But that child.” Pushed paper into boy’s face. “Read.” Corey hit. Corey swat. Mala, jumped. Pressed paper down. Grabbed Corey’s neck. Held. Trembling hand came up. Took note, eyes, flickered across. Bit lip. Read. “I-it, I think, talking about a grave stone.” Mala looked around. Many. Many stones. Needed more info. Sniffed air. “What say?” “Um.” Quivered. Sweat, on brow. Boy, flipped paper. “It, it talks about Peasant and Eternal. M-maybe looking for a grave stone that has the words?” Mala looked at Corey. Tilted head. Words? No, no words. “Show.” Took note. Corey, pointed. Pointed to orb on stick. Pointed to sideways horse shoes. Confused. Scratches, words? “Look. Look for page.” Mala, ran ahead. Searched. Tried to find both twin horse shoe, and orb stick. Some had one. Not both. Then, then found one. One with an orb stick (P) and twin horse shoes (cursive E). Dug. Searched. Shadow. Sun, fading down horizon. Exposed shadow, across back. Mala sniffed. Mala growled. Mala dug.
No page. Hands bleeding. Angry. Angry. Screamed. Hit ground. Sniffed. Tried to smell. But page, page has no scent. “Mala?” Soft voice. Whimpered. Mala turned. “I-I think they mean behind it. Like, a shadow, as in, behind the grave.” Looked back to grave. Lunged behind. Dug hands in dirt. Prepared to dig. Fed up. Angry. Wanted to kill dirt. But dirt, no dead. Only housed dead. Voices, calling, voices screaming, begging "call", begging, "join."
Three houses down. All of them didn’t seem to offer much. Though, what was Sayvahn expecting? A heavenly glow? Trumpets? Maybe rose petals guiding him to the door? That would be nice, though, who knows what would lay for him at the end of that trail? Regardless, maybe he was looking for some sort of feeling. Some sort of pull. And it seemed the fourth house was giving that pull. What was read as BB was in fact, PE. The derelict stood at a slant— part of the house, crumbled in. It wasn’t safe to check an upper floor, if there was still one. At least, not yet. No, it was best to check the lower floors, and see if perhaps there was a cellar, or a basement to be had. “Please, don’t let there be a trail of rose petals. Or rats.” Sayvahn groaned, slipping through the front door.

There was nothing in the new train that she could find... and maybe on a second thought, looking there might have been rather ridiculous. Since she was indeed at the station still though, she decided searching through it might do more good than not.

Eryn search as much as she could until she found an old wooden board, she quickly lifted and found a leather Letter , she grabbed it and opened it to see that it was an old page "i found one" she whispered to herself as she put back the board and left the theater with it in hand , she needed to figure out what to do with it , so for now she used Gating I access her Pocket dimension and stored it inside for safe keeping. "now what to do with this page " she said to herself as she wondered if she should see Mama Edelweiss if she would know what to do with it as she made her way back to the theater.
