Open to Artorigus Pendrake and Gladys Hayden and Medivha if she chooses. Kill goes to whoever lands it first.
It was supposed to be an easy assignment. Get in, take the kill, leave. Get in, take the kill, leave. Get in, take the kill, leave. He kept repeating those words to himself while thinking back. Why, he hadn't even paused to relish in the kill or draw it out. Just as was planned he went in, took the kill, and went to leave--but other plans awaited him. A particular woman blocked his path as she had many times before in his life, however, this time he thought his heart had stopped when he saw her. She hadn't changed much aside from the twisted flesh that covered a large sum of her body. "Jes...?" A twisted smile spread on her face in reply showing off her perfectly white teeth. There were no words to be exchanged between them as she came at him with a knife. The fight that ensued took them out of the home with a loud crash where people panicked and ran to call for the authorities. Addison kicked her away and seized the opportunity to run back into the alley where she chased and caught him. Their struggle drained every spell the assassin had, and the majority of her own before it finally ended with her lying limp while Addison bled over her. She'd claimed one of his eyes and marred his face but she was dead. She'd stabbed him in his solar plexus but she was still dead. She could have done more but the matter still remained--she was dead and he was free. And then a haunting thought crept through his mind, she was not his target and when her body was discovered it would only be a matter of time before it was tracked back to him. People had seen them come from the building where he had just murdered someone. Maybe Epikuro would listen. Maybe.
