Pillowy clouds hung overhead nearly shielding Lodan from the harsh rays of the sun though few beams still penetrated the thick white blanket. The rainy season seemed to be coming to an end though one could not say as weather was rather unpredictable as of late. At any moment the shower might begin though currently the heat was making itself well known. Despite this the sea breeze washed over the city giving it an air of freshness and for those closer to the port a taste of salt as well. Above, among the clouds flew an avian man who enjoyed the drastic heights most would never dare dream of venturing to. So high he was that the people below were mere specs to him. Normally he would be out to enjoy the skies but today he had purpose. The raven winged man had taken on countless odd jobs or taken things from others to live but he couldn’t stay like that forever. Rumors spoke of a noble that was generous to Andersweltlers but Tyrell doubted if such a thing were to exist that the person would be so open about it. Instead, his plan would be to see if perhaps a store or two would need a guard or perhaps a helping hand that could stay on more permanently. He would try his luck at central square since there were several simple shops there and although he felt he had no choice, he couldn’t be sure until he had tried. Having landed several blocks away and having dismissed his wings, the winged andersweltler took some time to reach the square but once there, pushed back his hood and allowed the ear muffs to rest around his neck. As he walked from store to store asking if help was needed he became oblivious to the harsh looks given to him for he was much distracted by the same answer he received. No where needed help and then he made his way to the theatre district to try the same. Once again the answers were the same but at least here a kind woman who owned a bakery took pity on him and at least offered him bread. Defeated, Tyrell sat against the wall of an alley near the entrance snacking away on the loaf of bread as he pondered his plans and watched the people passing by.
