Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap
"I have plenty of qualities you don't know about." Fawn poked him playfully. Her eyebrows knit together as she tried to determine the source of reason behind his question. "I live at the very end of the Merchants District. Sort of the border." Fawn worked hard for the two story apartment she lived in now. "Like basically wedged back in a corner." Fawn made some explanatory motions with her hands as she spoke. After giving short but sweet directions she wrapped her arms around her knees hugging them tight against her.

"Hey.. You alright?" He asked noticing she had wrapped herself up somewhat, starting to remove his coat and placing it over her shoulders in case she was starting to get cold. He found it quite enjoyable that she spike with her hands from time to time as well like he does from time to time but as the night rose higher and higher he ran out of things to talk about and kept finding his attention turning back to the twinkling stars that lit up the sky above them. Then it finally came for him to think about the neither of them had really eaten since he picked her up early in the afternoon which just made him randomly chuckle and shake his head.
"What? Yea, I'm fine." Fawn said sitting up a bit as he placed his coat around her shoulders. She was instantly liking the fact that it was warm. And trying to be smooth and cool about it she practically snuggled down into it. She wasn't very cold but she couldn't resist warm things regardless. She wore short to no sleeves nearly 24/7. That was going to have to stop since fall was fast approaching. Time to break out the blankets and the long sleeves. She stopped wandering with her mind when he laughed. "What's so funny?" Fawn asked turning her head to grin despite herself.

Uriah shook his head more to wave off what he was thinking about. "It's nothing, just thinking how I hardly know you but we still spend a fair amount of time together today." Maybe he felt some sort of racial kinship with the female or perhaps he really just felt like he enjoyed spending time with her no matter what type of activity they would be or not be doing. "Think you'll be able to get home in one piece?" He questioned thinking about how difficult it could be to make it back to their homes could be difficult, well he figured that he wouldn't have much difficulty in talking his way out of trouble in the end but he did worry for Fawna.
"I think you know me pretty well." Fawn smirked. "With the resolution that I'm a demon temptress who can cook. I have an odd family and a thing against feather down. And I can beat you at flying. I'd say you could write a whole paragraph about me." She laughed. She began to think about how odd a pair they were. He was correct though, they had only met bout twice now. Shaking off her thoughts she let his coat slide down her shoulders a bit. It was a little bigger than she. "I should be able to. Not much standing in my way." She was a big girl, she could handle herself. "Will you be alright Flyboy?"

Chuckling the man shook his head and just had to comment about that. "A whole paragraph you say? I think I could make it a few pages or two if I really want to.. Even longer if I started to write about your physical features." He raised his eyebrow and nudged before thinking to himself. "Well I really do pray there is no rapscallion down there who might mug me, or an unlocked back door leading to a fortune." The man smirked placing his concern for being attacked but also the possibility of breaking into some place just to throw Fawna for a guessing loop but in most situations he would most likely just head own.
Fawn laughed. "I suppose so." She leaned closer to him allowing a teasing tone to enter her voice. "Do you need me to walk you home?" She taunted. She figured he could handle himself as well. Shrugging off his coat she handed it back to him. "You might want this on the way home. Especially if you plan on sneaking into some hidden fortune." She said holding the coat out between them. She felt a small shiver travel up her spine at the absence of the warm fabric.

"Oh my, now you're offerin' to walk me home?" Placing his hand up to mouth he played off a loud gasp of surprised. "Here you are sayin' everythin' I should be. You've quite the manners though." He smiled and nodded his head while taking his coat back and putting it on and starting to button it up to keep himself from getting cold. "Of course, something to leave behind. A robbery isn't fun if you don't give them clues." He chuckled thinking about how it could of been a rush and perhaps the same kind of rush that Fawna felt when she flew through the air in her death defying stunts. "I believe I should be offering to walk you home so if we get caught by the curfew police you can save me from there." He smirked and played off that Uriah was inept and that Fawna would have to run in and save the day at the end of it all.
Fawn rolled her eyes. "Well one of us has to have some!" She said trying not to laugh and make her joke as serious as possible. But she was failing miserably, for a large smile broke out and she had to turn away to try and control it better. "Wait, you want to rob a place and then get caught by leaving clues?" She looked at him oddly. "Your either a genius mastermind or absolutely nuts. The whole point of a robbery is to get away with it." Fawn replied, wheels turning in her head as she thought about tactical ways to get home and not rob stores. A small chilly breeze blew by and the winged Ander absentmindedly slid closer to Uriah. "So I have to save you too? Ain't you quite the damsel in distress." Fawn teased crossing her arms with a smirk. "Very well, I do suppose we can make it a good game of hide and go seek with the night watchmen." She laughed quietly.

Shaking his head Uriah looked around the area and then back to Fawna before speaking his mine a little further. "It's easy to get away with a robbery. Just pick a random place of someone you don't know and just well.. Go about your business and after you're done skip out of town." Chucking he only explained it slightly. "If you're looking to kill some time, why leave a note? perhaps send a card before hand. Let them be on edge to know that you will inevitably succeed from their over confidence from the warning? If you have five guards protecting your most precious stone who's watching the valuable painting?" The thoughts alone were enough to make him chuckle just because of how silly they were in general. "Though I doubt I could ever do something like that. Worked a bit to hard in my life to put it all on the line when a single failure could ruin it all." Nodding his head he at least gave a reason to why he couldn't go about and just do something at random without preparing before hand.
"Well you don't have to save me if you do not want to, just figured it was a nice thought to be able to rely one something." He smirked before standing up and starting to wipe his clothes off and beginning a quick stretch as he needed to limber up so he could attempt to back down the building the way he came up.. Or he really could just try to find the stairs. "I'll be sure to stop by sometime and meet thus lovely Rose you've been talking about." He smiled and offered his hand out as their night was coming to an end but perhaps it was just the start of another.
"You've really thought this our before haven't you?" She raised her eyebrows in a slightly accusing look. "But you have also thought about the consequences. Your smarter than you look." Fawn eased herself to her feet. She hadn't ever considered robbery to be a decent way of making a living. Too much uncertainty and she was already in trouble with the law because of what she was. "No now I never said I wouldn't." She quickly defended herself. She stood and stretched her arms up into the air. She was fixing to show him the easiest way off a roof. She chuckled as he mentioned her aunt. "Trust me she might no be as lovely as you hope. She can me catamount when she wants to be." Looking down at his hand for a moment she had a thoughtful expression but hardly hesitated before taking it. "Lets get off this roof and go home." She said smiling. Releasing him she walked over to the edge and got down on her knees with her back facing the empty alley. "Allons-y!" She said before wrapping her fingers around the edge and hopping backwards over it. There was a soft grunt and the sound of boots scraping the wall before the thud of her feet on solid ground. Her hands burned from the unexpected friction. She could feel them turning red. "Come on down, I'll catch you." She called back up making sure to keep her voice from echoing.
"Smarter than I look? Now you're definitely trying to hurt my feelings and my vanity. You're not the only one who gets bored during their job so my mind wanders." The would inform her of how he thought sometimes. Uriah was a man of details and when it comes to details there are a lot of very unsafe ones that he particularly wished to avoid but sometimes he went through with some risk and Fawna should know better than anyone that he was willing to take particular risk when he was with her.
As she started to work her way down he only watched her and with the sounds of the grounds and other noises made him rather uncomfortable about the whole thing. "You'll catch me?" He spoke to himself and shook his head as he didn't want to accidentally break her arms on the way down. Thinking to himself he figured that anything she could do he could do as well, getting down onto his knee's and taking a moment to himself before letting himself drop down and hang by his long arms. Ow.. Looking down he spoke out to Fawna. "You know.. You made this look easy." He told her jokingly before pressing his toes against the wall and hesitating for another moment before he let go and with another thud to be heard the man braced himself mostly with his legs, letting his knee's bend and quickly start to stumble back to where Fawna was standing.
Fawn smirked while listening to him ramble. "Of course!" She nodded even though he couldn't see her. Of course she'd catch him, this might be the second time today. She wouldn't let him fall. Watching him try and replicate her movements was amusing. He seemed to think about it very carefully. Only his comment made her snicker. "Remember, not as graceful on my feet. Me making that look easy means you have low standards for physical exercise." She replied putting her hands on her hips. She stepped forwards slightly as he stumbled and held out her hands to steady him. It could be considered catching him, if you wanted to get technical. "Easy does it." She said one hand on each of his shoulders. "Not bad for a newbie." She teased leaning from behind him to give him a smirk. Once positive he was stable and steady on his feet she began to walk towards the end of the alley.
"Ah.. Well I would prefer not to do any heavy lifting if I could help it." Uriah smirked and finally got up and fixed his posture and cleaning off his clothes of any dirty of anything else that may have gotten on them. "Thank you thank you, and I wish you a pleasant night m'lady. Till next we meet?" He spoke out though he didn't exactly need an answer as he raised his hand for a quick before heading out in his own direction.
