Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap

Fly? She wouldn't like anything better than to fly! She spent most of her time chasing birds, wanting so much to fly like they could! She had never flown before, actually, and the highest up she had ever been was when she climbed up the ladder on the side of a building, but she got scared and climbed back down. She jumped and a sort of happiness and excitement filled her eyes, but otherwise her facial expression remained the same. She was so excited that she didn't even see the weapons the other two were fiddling with and even forgot about the map she had drawn on the dust on the floor.

In seeing the subtlety of her excitement, Tyrell grins then gives a nod and guides her out of the back of the manor. Having never made it to his room, he never had the chance to change out of his clothe for flying and so moments later his wings merge from the exposed flesh on his back to reveal wings of a great wing span and raven in color. With his wings exposed, he carefully scoops up the little girl then looks down at her with a grin. "Hold tight," he warns before crouching, his wings spreading and rising ready to take up. Flapping as he leaped up into the air, he is lunged high into the air and his wings are brought up and down again to bring him higher and higher until his wings were capable of carrying them both without effort. Now in the air and at a reasonable height, he keeps his arms wrapped about her shoulder and under her knees in a tight manner as he held her bridal style. Watching to see if she was scared, he offers her a smile to try and ease her fears should she express them. Setting a nice pace, he takes them through the sky in a relaxed fashion.

The old man sighed and shook his head. "You do not require proof. Lone is all the proof I require. What we need is more information." he said, raising an eyebrow as the lad scampered out of the room. "Must be a private lad." mused Lefiruc as he girded himself with a pair of vambraces, bracers, and a thin leather shirt under his suit. For his weapon he stuck with the sword that was hidden in his cane. "Now then..." he mused before his eyes caught the drawing that Lone had made in the dust. He frowned briefly. "Should have a word with Linda about that." When Danny returned he was standing there looking at the lad fiddle with himself. "I'm ready lad. Do you need a hand with anything over there? In any case, how good is your memory may I ask? Seems our young guest has given us a map before Mister Tyrell scurried her away." said the old man, pointing to the map in the dust.

Danny finished shifting around so his gear settled in comfortably. "Then I'll getcha yer information..." The boy looked around for Lone and Tyrell. "Where'd the other two go? 'cause I think bringin' Big T migh' not be a bad idea." Danny looked back at Lefiruc curiously. "My memory? s'great, why?" The boy walked further in and trod over the map as he shoved his hands into the deep pockets of his coat. "'sides, if ya jus' wanted info, I coulda gone and got it fer ya easy enough... Ya should jus' watch from somewhere safe where yer age an' yer wings won' slow me down none."

"ah-ah" Lone murmured as she was lifted of the ground, and kicked her legs a little in an unconscious attempt to be set down. She grabbed Ty's arm with her little fingers as he held her, and her eyes grew wide as she gasped. She was actually flying! It felt like she should've been doing this all along...

As this girl was still strange to him and he was not certain of how comfortable she was with being in the air or how far up, he kept low though not low enough anyone would be able to make them out. The dark winged anderw as careful to only fly them through a quick route about the city and not a lengthy one at all before he drew up to the very top of the clock tower and set her down on her feet though he kept an arm about her. With a grin, he glances about the city to his left where the ocean resided before looking to Lone. "Do you like it," he asks, brows rising up as he talked.
Lefiruc sighed and rolled his eyes. "That was what this mission was going to be in the first place... Information gathering... That was what I have been trying to tell you this entire damnable time, whilst you were so insistent on a full blown strike attack." grumbled the older man, rubbing the bridge of his nose. "I swear, you're going to cause me to have an anneurism one of these days lad..." he muttered before looking about. "Hmm... well, given Mister Tyrell's predispositions, and the fact that our young ward is incapable of flight... I would surmise we look up as opposed to down for him." suggested Lefiruc.
"As for slowing you down lad, consider my presence a Plan B. If this group has indeed been operating for quite some time, then they are bound to have some financial backing, which in turn usually means someone from the nobility. Should worst come to worse, I can play the role of one of their investors come to investigate their work... which in fact may not be such a bad plan." the old Winged Anders mused as he stroked his beard.

Danny frowned at the old crow. "Jus' don'' get caught. Ya got Kuzey ta look after now, so ya can' afford ta be takin' unnecessary risks. Yer all she's got, an' she ain' gonna make it in 'igh society without someone ta 'elp 'er." Danny adjusted his jacket once more. "So we're lookin' up 'igh ffor Ty an' Lone..." Great... just great... stupid birds with their stupid wings and their stupid flying... Danny let out a long drawn out sigh before heading for the door. "C'mon then... le's find those two..."
Lone gasped, inhaling deeply, her eyes growing wider in wonder as she saw the world from atop the clock tower. This was where she belonged. She knew it. After moments of sheer disbelief and awe, she turned her head to look up at Ty, sweeping her white hair out of her face, revealing her naturally pink flushed cheeks and small, but joy-filled grin, which was a rare sight indeed.

The expression on her face was answer enough to his question and so he grins back in return. Scooping the girl up into his arms once more, the black winged ander moves to the edge of the clock tower before diving off, his wings spreading to catch the air and draw them up before flapping to gain more height. One last round of the city and they would both find themselves back at Lefiruc's manor as Tyrell was certain if he were gone too long with her than he could very well be in trouble. At the back door, he lets himself in with the girl in his arms then carefully sets her down. "Must go find Mister Lefuric," he states with a small smile before looking for George.
Lone crumbled to the ground gently as she was set down, and stared up at Tyrell, her eyes still blank but her mouth turned slightly upwards in a little smile. She stared as he walked away in search of someone else, then scampered to her feet and tip-toed off to the room where they had last seen the strange boy and the old man. As she did, however, she tripped on her hair and fell face-first onto the floor. Looking up, she saw Danny, and her cheeks turned a pale pink that looked grey-ish through her skin.

"T take ya flyin'?" Danny pulled his hands from his pockets to help the girl up. He didn't say anything about her falling... that'd just be mean. "We're gettin' ready ta do some recon on tha' lab'a yers... Migh' needja ta come wit us so ya can show us the way in. Big T'll be there, an' me, an' the old crow, so yeh'll be safe if yer scared. But we're countin' on ya if we're gonna do somethin' 'bout this place. It ain' right, usin' people fer 'speriments an' stuff... They needa be stopped. An' they needa be stopped quick." Danny shoved his hands back into his pockets as he spoke before he looked around curiously. "Where is Big T anyways? I though' 'e'd be wit ya."

Having not found George immediately, the big bird goes searching for Danny and the Old crow instead. Finding Danny and the girl, he gives a grin and waves to the two. "I took her flying," he explains. "I hope that was alright," he says quietly then looks between the two, worry now etched on his features. "On no, what happened," he asks, seeing that the girl had fallen."
Lone jumped up, her cheeks still flushed, and she looked up at the giant, Ty, and blushed more, then turned back to Danny. She nodded to say that she understood, but she pushed her long hair over her face again. She really didn't want to go back.

Lefiruc smiled softly at the young girl and at Tyrell's explanation for where they had been. "That's quite alright... A young mind like hers should know the joy of flight at least once in her lifetime." he said, making sure his lips were visible to the deaf man before kneeling down to Lone's height. "I know you probably do not wish to return to those bad people... but you are the only one who knows where they are. Do you know what the meaning of the word, courage, is my dear?" he asked her gently. He reaches out with a finger to tap her chest once. "It's when we go out into the world, even when we are afraid of it. And I believe, you hold the most courage out of all of us here." said the old man before slowly standing up, using his cane for support. "Now then... let's go shall we?"
