OPEN TO Sayvahn Edelweiss Fjäril Amon Lasair Landevier Lupen Sienna Black , guest starring Jackson R. Willbert
POTENTIAL TRIGGER WARNING
Amon couldn’t help but let out a bit of a sigh, only to get into a minor coughing fit.
“Careful, I have yet to dust that area,” quipped Abby.
“Yeah, I noticed,” Amon replied, waving the air
before grabbing another box off the shelf. Due to a whirlwind of various events, he never got around to cleaning and reorganizing the back room of his shop. And well, since it was a quiet day, one couldn't ask for a better time.
"Well now," Amon said, observing the number of boxes in front of him. "Let's try box number one!"
Junk. Random and potentially useful parts, but junk all the same. Best categorize them as "give to Seth" until he could figure out why he kept them.
"Box number two?"
Books and notes. Including, but not limited to a number of clockwork doll notes and Edel's gift, a book on Ander Auras and spells. Amon paused, smiling as he absently flipped through some pages, before carefully setting the book into the box and moving it to a safer location.
"Box number three!"
One panic attack and several dents in the floor later, they got every one of them. Maybe.
"Okay...box number four, then I'm done for now..." Amon sighed, pulling the box to himself.
Letters. Lots of them. Some pretty insignificant, some fairly important, and some...sentimental.
"...Sienna..." he whispered, glancing over some of the letters. Not just a former guild leader, but the one who brought together the merchants' and engineers' guilds together after the civil war. She had to leave due to family matters, though she did send letters and correspondences every so often. Amon couldn't help but smile as he remembered when it was his turn to keep up correspondence with the former guild leader. He didn't know her for long when she was around, but he couldn't deny that her spunk and enthusiasm for technology was infectious. With a sigh, he pushed the box next to the second box before standing up to stretch.
His last correspondence with her was about two years ago.
Hopefully she was okay...
