Uriah seemed to perk up as the man was at least talking and continuing the conversation further on their walk as they were getting ever so much closer to their intended destination. Hearing the bird screech almost caused him to flinch each and every time as he most likely was going to have a difficult time getting to to the noises it was capable of making and at their spurratic time. "Bimbury huh? Can't say I've been there. As for myself I've I born and raised in this city all of my life and didn't get to travel very much by myself. My family has always just.. Worked hard for what we had." Nodding his head in agreement to his on words but carried on their conversation.
"Ends meet? I wouldn't say I live a difficult life because of my job but I feel as though I'm nearing the verge of moving up the social and economical ladder. To be a noble has been what I've worked so hard for the past five years but from humble beginnins' yeah?" Uriah smiled lightly and scratched the back of his neck thinking silently to himself about his life from when he started all of this. The long night he spent doing the most boring of task and slaving over various task but everything had paid off at some point in time or another. Though it was only a matter of time before Uriah completely stopping after Kalum had said everything he had to say about the situation and turning to face him eye to eye.
The slight tone in Kalum's voice was enough to catch Uriah in a state where he needed to say something about their conversation on how he felt about the whole thing. "Listen.. I think I started out on the wrong foot during this whole thing. In my business and I must assume much like your own you do not get by just trusting people willynilly without having your back stabbed n the end." Raising his hand up to his forehead he began to rub it again as he had to think for a moment before talking a little more. "I did not mean it exactly how I said. I believe many EIRAL jobs are very important and for some people what they actually do is maintained a secret. I also believe you have no reason to lie to me as I feel the same likewise. So for that I apologize sir." Uriah let out what he thought and hoped that it could make this afternoon more pleasant and truly he had no need to know what specifics his job may have since he had quite a good idea what he was called into the city for.
