Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap
Takes place a little bit after the wedding. (Talked about it a bit with Stephen, said this was a good way to start it.) The Leland boy had left is bride at the alter. This was not new news. Even such rumors had reached Andronikos ears, and when he was called by his superiors to make his way over to the Leland estate, he wondered for a split second if it had something to do with the whole issue. Apparently the head of the Leland household had sent a letter requesting an ERIAL to help him with something at once. Andronikos had been chosen to take this request, but that wasn't to say he had much interest in the ordeal. While it seemed the entire city was buzzing about Stephen Leland's deeds, the private found himself in little more than annoyance of the topic being brought about so often. He arrived at the towering doors of the estate, standing on the porch and knocking loudly twice before waiting. With two fingers, pulled at the collar of his uniform, obviously uneasy, presumably because in order to look professional, his armor had to be left behind. He still had not grown comfortable outside of it, even though he was only supposed to wear his uniform on most occasions. And in that way he waited, attempting and succeeding for the most part to hide his nerves, for someone to come to the door and to be instructed as to what to do next.

The Leland family butler opened the door for their guest. After giving him the once over, he gave a pained smile. "You must be the EIRAL that we summoned. Follow me." With that, the frail man spead away, not even waiting for the other man. He "lead" him up the stairs to Charles Leland's office. The man knocked loudly. "Sir, the ERIAL has arrive-" "FINALLY! BRING THEM IN!" came a boisterous roar in response. The butler gestured to the closed door then walked away quickly, mumbling something about refusing to serve the non-elite.
Andronikos watched as the butler sped off like something had caught fire, and he sighed a heavy sigh that came out as low as his voice. He followed, much slower than the other man, glancing around his surroundings as he made his way up the stairs and caught up to the one in front of him. A scowl graced his scarred face as the words the butler had whispered met his ears, but he opened the door, just as he had been instructed to do, and peered inside to meet with Mr. Leland.

Charles was occupying a seat at his desk with a huge grin on his face. The furniture seemed to be somewhat dwarfed in the large man's presense, giving him the look of a dangerous bear. An almost empty bottle of brandy was on top of the elegant wood piece that he had his massive arms resting on. "WELCOME! Come in, Come in! I am glad you finally made it! I have a job I'd like you to complete! Ah, where are my manners. Would you like a drink?" He offered, holding up the glass bottle.
Andronikos stood straight, glancing wearily at the man who seemed to be under the influence. He made no response to Mr. Leland's gesture and figited slightly.

"Oh course you will" The bear of a man pour the drink and slapped it down in front of the man. "Now, down to business. Take a seat." He gestured to the seat across from his desk. "Now, unless you live under a rock, I do believe that you've heard that my glorious son decided to skip out on his own wedding. Now, I wish for someone to fetch him." Though the man was smiling, there was a menacing air about him as he spoke of the scandalous affair.
Andronikos grunted, then paused for a second before asking, "... Do you have any idea where he could be?"He looked wearily down at the liquor in front of him, and as inciting as it looked, he was on duty....
Charles shrugged, taking a sip of his own beverage. "I would guess that he's staying at a friends house. He's to smart to just hunker down in some random inn but he doesn't have the supplies or means to leave Lodan. Plus, he could never travel far with all seven of his furballs in lug." The big man made a disapproving frown as he talked about his son's pets. "Unfortunately for you, i do not know many of his friends. I think I met a few. Ikuze, though i doubt he would go there. Then there is that Daniel girl. Um... Elaine i just met at the party- Well, i never realized this till now but my son certainly has quite a few female friends..." The man chuckled darkly, lost in a personal thought.
Quite a few female friends... How many females did Andronikos know? There were the ones from headquarters, Jo, was it? And Lar-something... But the both of them lived with the rest of the officers so they were out of the question... The only other one he could think of that he knew was that sneaky little cleaver with the tattoos... He would check with her first, he decided, as she was probably less-likely to actually be hiding him and it would probably be a shorter time to cut down the options... Or... at least he thought so... Right? Regardless, he nodded in understanding and turned to leave, stepping heavily, before whipping back, grabbing the cup on the table, and taking a long, messy, swig, almost downing the thing. From there he saluted the nobleman and left to go and locate the boy.
