Prepare for the #LodanRespawn2024 Existing characters may choose to be displace from/have memories of different timelines, thereby allowing returning members the option to retcon their whole character. These changes are the result of the "Unnatural Fog" plot device that is running between now and the Respawn. The plot is simple: no matter where your character is, that place is shrouded in a thick fog that suspends time, but not thoughts or memories, so even if they're repeating the same day over and over again, they continue to remember, so each time feels like a new day. For those retconning OCs; this is where new versions of themselves have the opportunity to replace the old versions. Official lore and tree updates will be announced asap

With a mutual understanding, Viktor revved up the engine then looked back at Stephen. "You don't have to worry about this looking mandrake. You're going to want a good hold after all if you don't want to fall of and die," he explained before flashing him a grin. Stephen would soon find out when Viktor wasted no time in kicking his feet of the ground as the bike began to roll into motion. It did not take long at all for the bike to reach a decent speed and once they got out more toward the country, he took a sharp turn onto a windy road, threatening to take the bike faster as he they sped down the road. After a moment he completely forgot his intentions of scaring Stephen or that the noble was even with him until the reached the seaside. If there was ever a motivation to become an engineer of vehicles, it was because of the freedom riding gave him. "Holding up well, cupcake," he asked as he was suddenly reminded that Stephen was with him.

'Why the bloody hell did I agree to this death ride?!' was the only thought going through Stephen's mind at the beginning of the trip. His fingers dug into the speeding-maniacs side as the bike tore through the town. Every jerk around the corner made him question even more if he might loose his lunch over this foolishness. As they got out of the city, the noble began to relax some. His grip loosed on Viktor as he began to get use to the motions of the bike. It was actually somewhat enjoyable. The world speed past them in a blur, attracting his blue eye to stare in wonder at the surroundings. "This is.... quite something..." he murmured quietly, staring awestruck at the world passing by. This was spectacular.
For some reason "Romantic Flight" from "How to train your dragon" played in my head at the end of this X3

When he felt the fingers dig into his side, he couldn't help but grin widely because of how reminiscent was of times where he'd taken girls out on this bike only a couple years prior. Of course, he probably shouldn't say anything of that before he really does find a dagger in his back. Feeling his torture was finished, he looped around through another street then made his way back to the shop they had departed from not too long ago. Viktor was excited to get home and announce the news of his new shop to his father and mother but there was still something to deal with before he left for home. As they came to a stop in front of the toy store, Viktor looked back at Stephen and said, "don't ever insult my mother again because I don't care if I lose, I'm going to take you down with me." In his voice there was no malice and he wore a stupid grin on his face as though what he had just said was nothing serious at all. "It's just in good nature to never insult a man's mother, you know. There are bigger, scarier people than me out there because I am nothing but a twig."

The ride ended all to soon. As they pulled up to the shop he straightened his jacket, trying to fix his wind blown hair. Just because he had some fun was no excuse for a bedraggled appearance. When Viktor turned back to him he had the courteousness to stop fiddling with his hair as the man spoke. After Viktor finished he leaned back propping himself up with his arms, a half smile on his face "I do apologize for insulting your family. I promise I will try my best not to insult them. Just as I ask that you do not so quickly pass me off as another noble. Though our first impression did not speak much, I am very different from the rest of them..." he trailed off thoughtfully. Suddenly he chuckled lightly and got off the bike "I know there are many out there that are larger then the two off us combined, my father being one of them. Size does not always matter though. A mouse can still beat a bear." he added with a wink. Why did he just wink? Must have lost his head back in the countryside. He cleared his throat, getting back into character "Well, this was a pleasant experience. I hope to see you again sometime- hopefully we will not be at each others throats then." With that he extended his hand to Viktor to shake.

For a moment Viktor only looked at the noble's hand with a half smile. Not like other nobles, huh? He would never have guessed from his first impression and the first impressions always lasted. "I won't hold it against you," he replied as he took Stephen's hand in his own. Viktor was not the sort to hold grudges and he could forgive and forget unless the crime was severe but by that, the memory would still linger and unless otherwise prompted, he would not recall it in ill manners. Before he was ready to take off he gave the man a small salute. "I'll see you around," he told Stephen then eased the bike into an easy motion before gradually picking up speed. This would look much more tamer than what Stephen had experienced allowing the other to figure that Viktor had purposely made the ride reckless.

Stephen gave Viktor's receding figure a small wave. The man must have been trying to purposefully scare him, seeing how much more graceful his riding was now. So he appeared to have made somewhat of a friend. The noble snorted then turned, walking back over to Amon's shop. Maybe the man will not threaten his life now with those possessed toys. The door opened with a soft clang as the patrician walked back in "I hope you are happy. The man almost killed me with his reckless driving." The words were harsh but his tone was somewhat amused and annoyed at the same time, suggesting no anger behind his words.
